PERCIVIA offers a full suite of cell line generation support
including vector construction, serum-free cell line generation up to Research Cell Bank, and cell line stability studies (>50 generations in culture, in the presence and absence of selective pressure). Research Cell Banks are tested for mycoplasma and sterility. A cGMP Master Cell Banking service is also available, through PERCIVIA's partnership with DSM Biologics. In addition, full support and hands-on training on the use of PER.C6® cells for cell line development is available to all licensees.

Process Development & Implementation Support
In addition to cell line development, PERCIVIA also offers production process support. Both Upstream and Downstream platform technologies developed at PERCIVIA, as well as future developments and improvements, are available to licensees. Further, PERCIVIA’s Upstream and Downstream personnel can provide assistance with implementation of platform technologies (batch, fed-batch, and XD™processes, harvest clarification, various purification steps, etc.), hands-on training, troubleshooting, and technology transfer and technical support to cGMP Manufacturing facilities.

| Protein and Analytical Sciences provides analytical support for the entire lifecycle of a project within PERCIVIA. Functional areas of support include protein quantification, nutrient requirements and byproduct production profiling through spent media analysis, monitoring the clearance of process related impurities through protein purity assays, and characterization of aggregation and protein quality. |
